Dear Parents and Guardians:
We are happy to report that the school year is off to a great start. To ensure that the remainder of the school year is a successful one for your child, we have scheduled our Parent-Teacher Conferences in November for the days listed below. These are the only days offered for conferences for the 2017-2018 school year for either school.
Middle and Elementary: Tuesday, November 28 Wednesday, November 29

We will be dismissing early on each conference date. Early dismissal time is 12:35 PM for the middle school and 1:15 PM for the elementary school. Please refer to your Student Handbook for further clarification.
All conferences will be scheduled through the parent portal. On the reverse side of this letter you will find easy to follow instructions for how to choose an available time slot for your conference. As always, conferences are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the main office of either building.
For middle school parents, our academic teachers (Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, and Math) will meet our parents as a team. One teacher has been designated on the portal for that specific grade level team. Please refer to the chart below. If you would like a conference with an Assigned Arts, Physical Education, or any other teacher, you will be able to choose that specific teacher and select a time slot.
